U & I Event Design is a registered California business founded in 2011 and owned by certified wedding and event planner, Ihino Atulobi the head designer here. Taken from the first letters in Ihino and her husband’s names, “U & I” was born out of Ihino’s love for crafting and entertaining. What started out as planning events as a hobby has evolved into what it is today.

You might wonder how she joggles these projects along with being a wife and mother of three active children. Well, Ihino says getting hands-on with these projects keep her balanced and centered; it’s her happy place!
When you meet Ihino, you’ll quickly notice her calm, soft-spoken, down-to-earth disposition. Because producing an event (especially weddings) can easily become stressful, it’s an added bonus to have someone like Ihino by your side to keep things sane and under control with her composed personality.
